Celebrate National Card and Letter Writers Month by making your own gorgeous stationery. You will be learning to make three different cards. We’ll be transforming two sheets of 25% cotton paper into two one-of-a-kind decorative self-mailers. Then, with decorative papers, we’ll create an origami pocket card, and fill it with handmade tags and messages using handmade and printed papers along with other ephemera to enliven your message and make it yours.
Includes all materials and handmade paper from around the world, Italian printed and letter press papers. Claire Formilan from Beyond the Fold Paperie will walk you through the step-by-step process. No experience necessary.
This class was designed just for letter writers!
Register for the morning session—The Letter Writing Portfolio and fill it up with your afternoon treasures. The 8”x 6” folder was specifically designed to hold everything you need for your snail mail—pocket that fit A7 cards or smaller, two collapsable boxes for stamps and stickers. The ribbon closure will hold it snug when you take it with you to your favorite writing spot. Claire will even have a few surprise goodies to add to your pockets.
There is a $20 discount if you sign up for both classes.
