Mindfulness with Flow: An Introduction
Mindfulness has been around for about 40 years and now more than ever it is a timely topic. The fast-paced digital age we live in, along with the immediate gratification really goes against the way we as humans are wired. We are not meant to process so much content on a daily basis. Living in urban environments makes it harder to unplug and de-stress. Mindfulness is a fantastic practice to help us become centered, slow down and enjoy life more. Its like yoga for the mind without the asanas (physical stretching) In this workshop you will learn techniques from the simple to more advanced to help control your thoughts. Discover guided activities to help you slow down, love yourself more, lose fear, and just be in the moment. Includes your very own workbook to read and write in and lots of goodies.
