Introduction to Journaling
Journaling to record milestones in your life, journaling to get through a tough time, journaling to pass the time, journaling to plan your house, your garden or record your recipes, books read or artwork…these are just a few of the things that can inspire you to journal. In this beginner’s course, you will discover how journaling can help you get closer to your true self.
You learn about different ways to journal as well as how to maintain a regular practice. We will start one in class. We will create a positive affirmations journal that will help you visualize what your heart desires and tap into your subconscious dreams. We will explore living a life of intention and creating self-development habits that will create positive changes in your life.
We encourage you to create time for this life changing habit. Appropriate for all ages, students will receive a journaling kit: notebook, pen, and inspiration to get started with their journal of choice.
