1920's / 30's Green Sunburst Royal Model P Typewriter

This may be our favorite!  The green sunburst paint is so pretty with the white glass keys.  This is a beautiful example of the very first Royal portable typewriter first introduced in 1926.  The gradient green in the finish reminds us of nature and of sunlight and shadows.  Imagine writing poetry on this machine with a cup of tea and nice view out of the window.

We usually have several Royal Model P typewriters in stock because they come in many unusual and rare color / texture combinations.  Because Royal was late to introduce a portable behind competitors like Remington and Underwood, they attracted customers by making colorful, beautifully designed machines. And it worked!  This was one of the most successful typewriters of the pre war period.

This typewriter has been deep cleaned, serviced, adjusted, lubricated, and fitted with a new ribbon.  It comes with it's original hard shell, wooden case. Considering that this working machine is around 90 years old, it is in very nice shape with expected imperfections, nicks and quirks. PLEASE NOTE SHIPPING IS SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL COST
